2017 National City Mariachi Festival Arial View @ Pepper Park.
The National City Chamber of Commerce and The Unified Port of San Diego are hosting the 5th Annual Mariachi Festival. The event will highlight Mariachi Groups from all over the United States and Mexico. It will take place at Pepper Park located at 3299 Tidelands Ave, National City, CA 91950 from 11AM-7PM.
In addition to offering live entertainment the festival will have a family Arena with many attractions from face painting, extreme water sports, bungee, paintball and virtual reality. The festival provides entertainment for families to come together and celebrate San Diego’s heritage through mariachi music and traditional ballet folklorico dancing.
To provide a rich cultural experience for the community by presenting quality entertainment by local and national Mariachi groups.
The Mariachi program supports today’s youth in their artistic, individual, and educational endeavors, in an effort to strengthen their abilities to grow as positive and constructive leaders for future generations.
Enjoy the festival with your family. The event features an active Family Arena including live entertainment on the kid’s stage, WOW Factors Attractions, Face Painting, caricatures, a large inflatable Rock Climbing Wall, Experince Virtual Reality, and arts and crafts for the whole family. Adults 21 years and older can enjoy the festival view from the beverage garden top deck.
